Hotel

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of the Sázava valley (near the two-way slip road of the D1 motorway = exit 29 - Čerčany, Chocerady) and it is an important conference centre with extraordinary equipment and pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The hotel complex always offers maximum hospitality, high comfort of accommodation, conference as well as catering services and, least but last, relaxation opportunities in the hotel itself or in its close surroundings.

You can manage the distance to Prague within 15 minutes without any difficulties. The hotel is very well accessible from all parts of the Czech Republic.

While performing the reconstruction, we paid high attention to make all interior areas silent so that none of your conference events is disturbed by the noise of passing cars.

Hotel Reconstruction

Famous motorway restaurant Naháč used to stand at the place of today’s hotel since 1985. Few people will remember the legendary coloured footprints that always took you to the place you were looking for. The original motorway restaurant was built on a hillside above the motorway and it was named after a settlement that had to fall into oblivion during the construction of the motorway.

The decision to build a seminar hotel near Prague was made by the Board of Directors of ZFP akademie, a.s. in 2004. Out of all the sites offered, the building of the former motorway restaurant was selected. The overall reconstruction took nearly two years and the hotel was opened to the public on 1 June 2006.
